By using Knostic Technologies 3D printing services, (including the website and quote engine), it is understood that Customers/Users understand and accept the terms and conditions herein.

Disclaimer

Knostic Technologies is providing a 3D printing service of physical 3D parts in a variety of materials that the customer can select according to his needs. Knostic Technologies has no control of how parts are to be used once delivered to the customer, or particular knowledge related to customer’s products or projects.

In cases where a customer will supply his own design data, to be used and imported into the 3D Printers, Knostic Technologies, cannot be held responsible for the design data and its quality, or the accuracy of the customers’ data, and therefore disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of the parts and makes no guarantee of their fitness for purpose.

Whilst every effort is made to produce parts of high quality according to customer requirements, it is hereby understood that the customer/end user with his particular knowledge of his part/product and the way he intends to use his 3D printed parts is ultimately and solely responsible for all product testing and assuring the suitability of the parts as either prototypes or end-use parts.

It is further understood that Knostic Technologies cannot be put in the position of a manufacturing company, because of the remoteness and lack of control in the product development process and of the customer/users final choice of use for the ordered parts. The intellectual property remains that of the user/customer, in relation to the parts and it is understood that status has both rights and obligations.

Additionally, if a customer/user requires the bespoke design/scanning and printing service, Knostic Technologies is simply providing a service under the instruction of the client and therefore cannot accept responsibility for the subsequent use or performance of parts designed by Knostic Technologies. The customer/user needs to make all possible tests to ensure safety and suitability of 3D printed parts for their final use, and the way that such intellectual property is used. Knostic Technologies has brought this matter to the customer’s attention and therefore disclaims any liability towards the final performance or suitability of the parts within the context of their usage.

Customer data privacy

Knostic Technologies hereby declare that customer’s 3D design data will be maintained confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Such data will only be used to perform the business of providing 3D printing services to the customer. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Knostic Technologies will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
